One of my favorite sites for finding great dorky stuff is Like Cool.
A sweet weblog with pictures and video of some of the coolest stuff out there!
From gadgets to home stuff to Entertainment, if it screams awesome to you, it is here!
Looking for a cool clock? Want to see what Darth Vader was oriinally going to look like? DJ Cassette tape scratcher? Yeah, they got it!
Another great site for cool is Epic Win! If you have seen ‘Failblog’ then this, my friend, is the yin to it’s yang!
Just a couple of fun sites for web-surfing, time-wasting fun!
Midway through the second quarter of Superbowl XLIV, an ad for Dockers announced that if you logged on, you could get a free pair of pants.
As I was sitting at my laptop anyway, I typed in the URL. I expected a wait, and there was. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the site.
First blow- it’s a contest. You enter to win a pair. Well, not that I was too surprised, so OK, I’ll enter.
Second blow- You can enter for free pants, but unless you go and sign up (separately) for other offers, you have to pay for shipping.
For the actual contest, I had to give my name, e-mail address, gender and zip code. And here comes the CAPTIA….
Third blow and FAIL! I entered all info, clicked submit, and….. nothing! I try again, and… It tells me the page is not available, come back later!
So, did Dockers know that the Superbowl is watched by MILLIONS of people? Apparently not. Nor did they realize a lot of us are gonna be near a laptop or internet equipped device!
I hope they are happy with the millions of hits to their domain. I, for one, am not a fan of a triple dupe!
I have purchased a few cool things from ThinkGeek. I had the marble roller coaster and I have definitely bought t-shirts from them. They have gone out of the box to make shirts that do more than just ‘be worn’.
The Electric guitar shirt, for example, let’s you play music. It’s simplistic in nature, but just like anything, if you put your mind to it, you will be able to create a masterpiece. Something that will make the world stop for a second.
O.K, maybe that’s a ways away. But for now, check out the Think Geek band playing “I Love Rock n Roll” using the shirt. There’s also a drum one. If you want to buy me a shirt, i am more native to that….
I have seen some Poll dancing in my time, but never like this. The USGS (U.S. Geological Survey) has cameras out in the woods to watch wildlife. They caught this Bear using a tree to take care of an itch.
I know how this guy feels. I hate it when I have an itch on my back I cannot get to. Therefore I do a similar dance on a corner of a wall. Good thing nobody’s caught me on camera.
So sit back and dance out with this Bear. But remember: you should never approach a Bear in the woods for a Lapdance.
This is a “Got the music before the lyrics” song. Tried recording in a different way, so it will sound slightly different.
Sittin at the homestead – Not sure what to do
It’s a Friday night, the air feel right for a party with the group.

This song is one that has been rattling around my head for a while – at least the music part. I put lyrics to the second Song of FAWM.
Lyrics:
Computer Crashed, waited for it to reboot, so I did some hold music.
