Remember the movie “Beverly Hills Cop“? Well, Axel Foley was never this cool. See as the Robot cops try to chase this amphibian down the streets of the computer generated town. Then remember the 80′s movie starring Eddie Murphy.

I don’t think we can call it a Segway because that would imply it’s a Segway. Alas, this is a cool alternative to the Segway and if you ever wanted a Segway, you might find this a good alternative to the Segway.

Trevor Blackwell is an inventor of some pretty cool stuff. Founder of Anybots, a humanoid-like robot – as well as an entrapraneur in getting people the startup capitol. He is also a tinkerer.

Trevor has created some other cool items such as the “Improved Keyboard”. However, the Balanced Scooter is a project that you can build. The following web page shows you how to build a Balanced Scooter. According to Trevor, it’s a relatively simple concept, so I don’t want to hear any whining you cannot do it.
